Voice & Connectivity
Teams Phone or hosted VoIP, the fibre and broadband under it, and the domains and DNS around it, for every office, under the same agreement.
Phones and lines used to be someone else’s problem, with someone else’s helpdesk. Under one agreement they are ours. That matters most on the bad days: the line that drops, the port that stalls, the carrier that needs chasing. One number to ring, one team that already knows the site.
The technology is straightforward now. Calls run over the internet, usually inside Microsoft Teams, and the line under it is a business fibre or broadband service sized to the office. The value is in the running: numbers ported cleanly, call flows that match how you work, installs booked before the move, and renewals that never lapse.
- →Companies moving off desk phones and landlines onto Teams.
- →Multi-site firms that want every office on one phone system and one supplier list.
- →Anyone who has waited weeks for a line provider to call back.
In plain words
- Teams Phone, or a hosted phone system if Teams is not the answer
- Your numbers kept and ported; new numbers in any area code
- Call flows set up to how you actually work: hunt groups, menus, call queues, voicemail to email, call parking and pickup, conference calls, music on hold
- Nothing to buy for the comms room; the system lives in the cloud and is specified, installed, administered and maintained by us
- Fibre leased lines and business broadband, with failover where the site needs it
- Managed domains and DNS, so email and the website never fall over a lapsed renewal
- The supplier dealt with: orders, installs, faults, bills
- All of it supported under your existing agreement
How it shows up day to day
Lines, numbers and renewals sit in the portal with everything else. A new starter gets a number the way they get a laptop: one request.
Designs the call flow and stands in the comms room when the line goes in.
Tracks the install date, checks the line is up, adds the number to the new starter.
Live service numbers, measured weekly and dated, are coming to this strip. We publish nothing we have not measured.
