What it does
- → Ask. Questions in plain English, answered from your own services, orders and licences. Never another client's data.
- → Buy. Hardware at live distributor prices and stock, quoted in a click, approved by the person you choose, tracked to delivery.
- → See. Your Microsoft 365 licences live, the tickets open, the hours used on your agreement, the invoices behind them.
- → Request. A new starter, a leaver, a change, a service, without email chains. Requests become tickets and orders your engineer already has.
- → Sign. Your agreement, and renewals when they fall due, in the same place.

The portal sits on HubSpot and QuickBooks Online, joined to Microsoft 365 and our distributors. It is the same Managed AI we would build for you, in daily use on ourselves first.
Senior engineer
Sees every request, approves what needs approving, and steps in when the answer needs a person.
Assistant
Answers from live data, prepares the quote, raises the ticket, and keeps the record straight.
The same job, both sides. An engineer decides; the assistant does the running around.

- Each user sees their own company only, decided on our side, never by the app
