Buying, holding, setting up and shipping devices and licences, run through the client portal, with head office approving from wherever it is.
Buying IT is easy. Buying the right thing at the right price, having it arrive set up, and knowing where it is a year later takes more work. We do all of that through the client portal, so the person approving can be in London or anywhere else.
We are an authorised reseller with live pricing from the distributor, so the portal shows today’s price and stock rather than a catalogue from last quarter. The standard build is agreed once, and everything after that is a click.
Two ways to hold devices
Your stock, held by us. You buy the devices, we keep them in our stock, configure them to your standard, and ship them the day they are needed. Good for companies that want to own their kit and have starters arrive ready.
A pool, held by us, billed monthly. We keep a small pool of pre-configured devices for you, sized to your rate of starters and failures, and bill for what is in it each month. Good for branches of overseas groups, where head office would rather see a monthly line than a capital purchase.
Both are described in the agreement and visible in the portal, so you always know what is where.
