Managed IT support for London companies · since 2006

IT that runs properly,
so you can run the business.

We look after the whole of your IT for one monthly price per person: the helpdesk, every device, Microsoft 365, security, backup, phones and lines, and the suppliers behind them. When you ring, an experienced engineer answers and fixes it. For companies of 20 to 200 people in London, and the offices they run abroad.

Client relationship figure from our own records, 22 October 2026.

What you get

Three things an owner notices.

01

One monthly figure

A price per person per month, with what is included written down in the agreement. Hardware, licences and projects are quoted before they start. Nothing goes on an invoice that was not agreed first.

02

One number to ring

The engineer who picks up has years of experience and fixes the problem. We have never had a first line, so nobody takes a message and passes you on.

03

Nothing to chase

Updates, backups, security, licences, suppliers and renewals are done in the background and shown in your client portal, so you never have to ask what is happening.

How we work

What it is like to be a client.

You ring, email or use the portal. An engineer picks up and the same person fixes it. Behind them, our own systems do the logging, checking and chasing, so their time goes on your problem. In the background the routine work carries on: updates applied, backups checked, warnings dealt with before they become faults.

Most of our clients have been with us for years, and most new work comes by recommendation.

Senior engineer

Answers the call, fixes the fault and tells you what changed.

Assistant

Logs it, checks the device history and the licence, and chases the supplier.

Changing provider

Usually a weekend to go live. Nothing changes for your staff until it is ready.

How a handover works, step by step →

  1. A short assessment and a written plan

You see the plan before anything moves.

  2. One contact

You name one person; we gather the rest and take over the admin properly.

  3. The handover

We deal with your old provider directly. Systems keep running.

  4. Go-live

Usually over a weekend. Monday morning the helpdesk is ours and everyone has the number.

Pricing

One price per person per month. No surprises.

Your monthly price covers the helpdesk, every device, Microsoft 365 management, the security basics, backup checks, phones and lines, and dealing with your suppliers. Projects, hardware and software licences are quoted before they start. The agreement says what is included and your portal shows the hours used. We do not publish a rate card, because the figure depends on your size and what you run; a 20-minute call is the quickest way to one.

Who we work with

London companies of 20 to 200 people, and the offices they run abroad.

Most have no IT team of their own; some have one person who needs second and third line behind them. Several are the London office of a group based in the US, Europe, Japan or the Middle East, and we look after their other sites too. We keep the client list short on purpose, so the engineers know each business well.

When it goes wrong

You ring us. An engineer takes it from there.

Contain it, recover, and tell you plainly what happened and what changes. Your data is backed up and kept in the UK, restores are tested on a schedule, and the insurer's questionnaire gets answered from what is in place. The agreement sets response and resolution targets by priority, and we measure against them in the same system you raise requests in.
