The Job
We are seeking a proficient QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role involves handling invoices, managing supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and crafting monthly and quarterly management reports. Additionally, responsibilities extend to budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring tax compliance.

About You
- Generate and dispatch invoices to clients, ensuring timely payments.
- Oversee supplier accounts and execute payments.
- Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards.
- Develop monthly and quarterly management reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budgets.
- Assist in tax compliance and filings.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all financial transactions.
- Address and resolve any accounting issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Expertise in record matching, CSV imports, and integration between various platforms.

Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably with QuickBooks Online.
- Ideally a degree or similar qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other accounting software.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
