  • A methodical and expert approach to troubleshooting
  • Very strong desktop, networking and help desk skills
  • Experience working to meet SLA targets under pressure
  • Experience with helpdesk systems and tools
  • Ability to work occasional out of hours
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and resolve
  • Up to date with current technologies
